PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least SPM or higher education level.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Experience in coordinating on retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial and exhibition spaces.
MS Office (Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Self-motivated with passion in interior design.
Able to converse in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates.
Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.
Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities:

Prepare work schedule and ensure project is completed on a timely basis.
In-charge all necessary submission and obtain approval from relevant authorities, building ownersand landlords.
Conduct periodic site supervision and monitoring of project progress.
Frequent site inspection to ensure quality of work to meet project’s time schedule.
To lead and control all workers and contractors works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements and project’s time schedule.
Report to project manager, work closely with designer and contractors on appropriate project handover.

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least SPM or higher education level.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in coordinating projects on retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial and exhibition spaces.
Note: Construction/engineering experience will not be considered.
Able to multi-task project management, site coordination skills and work independently.
Self-motivated with passion in interior design.
MS Office (Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential.
Able to converse in English & Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates.
Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.
Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities:

Overall in-charge of the project.
Verify and confirm quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors.
Liaise with clients/designers and provide expertise and supervision towards the project team.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans.
Ensure all plans/documents to landlords/local authorities are approved prior to commencement of work.
Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.
Attend all project coordination and technical at site.
Monitor progress on site and ensure quality of works are in accordance.
To arrange smoothly of import materials, fixtures, display etc from other countries.
